About Crew Circle

A staffing agency built by people who've been on set.

We're a small, senior team of recruiters who understand production, event, and hospitality work — because we've worked in those environments ourselves.

Crew Circle exists because good crew are hard to find at short notice — and good briefs are even harder to come by.

The agency we wanted to build wasn't a database. It was a book of trusted people, matched to the specific work, briefed properly, and supported throughout. That's the standard we hold every placement to.

We work across film, TV, events, hospitality, and kitchens. Every sector has its own rhythms — call times, service patterns, quiet hours — and we know them all well enough to brief the crew ourselves. If a shift runs late, we know what that means. If a kitchen needs a commis by Friday, we know who to call.

The right crew on the right day makes everything else possible. Our job is making that happen — reliably, and without drama.

Crew Circle is led by Cenay Said, who founded the agency to bring a more personal, hands-on approach to crew booking. Every client relationship is managed personally, and every crew member on our books has been spoken to, briefed, and — where possible — met.

Principles

What we hold to.

A short list. But it's the reason clients come back.

— One

Reliability above all

A crew member who confirms and turns up is worth more than one with a better CV who sometimes doesn't. We vet for both — and prioritise the first.

— Two

Clear briefs

Every placement gets a written brief covering role, kit, times, dress, and reporting line. It's the smallest thing that makes the biggest difference.

— Three

Fair to crew

We pay crew properly and on time. It's how we keep good people on our books — and how we ensure the people who arrive are proud to be there.

— Four

Personal

We know our clients by name and our crew by character. That's not a marketing line — it's how the matching actually works.

— Five

No drama

If a booking can't be filled, we say so early. If it can be filled better than expected, we say that too. Straight talk, always.

— Six

Long-term thinking

We'd rather build a working relationship that lasts a decade than win a single booking. Everything we do is designed for that horizon.

Crew Circle Ltd
The founder

Built on a simple idea.

Cenay founded Crew Circle with a clear intention: to build a staffing agency that behaves like a colleague rather than a supplier. Someone who understands the work, answers the phone, and takes responsibility for the outcome.

Her approach draws on direct experience of production, event, and hospitality environments — the pace, the details, and the importance of getting small things right. That perspective shapes how Crew Circle briefs crew, manages bookings, and looks after both sides of the relationship.

Under her direction, the agency keeps a deliberately small, senior team. Every client is known personally. Every crew member on the books has been spoken to at least once. And every booking comes with a named point of contact who'll still be there at the end of the shift.

Working on something that needs crew?

We're always glad to talk through an upcoming booking — the shape of it, the timing, and the kind of people you're looking for.
