Services

Six services. One standard.

Every booking follows the same discipline: a clear brief, a named contact, vetted crew, and support through the shift. What changes is the sector and the skill set.

01

Production Crew

Camera, lighting, sound, and production support for film, TV, commercials, and content.

We supply production crew to dramas, documentaries, branded content, and campaigns across the UK. Every crew member we place is reference-checked, insured, and briefed on your kit and workflow before their first day on set.

We understand that the pace of production is unforgiving. Call times shift. Kit requirements change overnight. A DOP needs a specific second assistant; a producer needs a runner who can drive. Getting the crew right is the difference between a shoot that flows and a shoot that fights back.

Typical placements
  • Camera & lighting crew
  • Sound recordists & boom ops
  • Production assistants & runners
  • Location marshals & support
  • Art department & set dressers
  • Post-production support
02

Event Staffing

Front of house, hospitality, and back of house crew for conferences, festivals, launches, and private events.

Events live or die on the quality of their staff. A registration desk that runs smoothly, a bar team that reads the room, a floor manager who spots a problem before it escalates — these things don't happen by accident. They happen because the crew were briefed properly and cared enough to deliver.

We supply event crew to venues, agencies, and direct clients across the UK. Every placement includes a detailed brief covering brand dress code, expected behaviours, and the reporting line for the shift.

Typical placements
  • Front of house & registration
  • Bar & beverage teams
  • Hospitality & VIP hosts
  • Back of house & runners
  • Floor managers & supervisors
  • Build & break crew
03

Kitchen & Catering

Chefs, commis, and kitchen support for restaurants, contract catering, and pop-up operations.

Kitchen work is a craft, and the people we place have earned their place in it. From head chefs stepping in to cover a busy weekend to commis chefs building experience in a professional brigade, every placement is vetted for experience, food hygiene certification, and the temperament to work well under pressure.

We work with restaurants, hotels, contract caterers, and event caterers. Both short-notice cover and planned shifts are available, and every chef we place is briefed on the menu style and the pace of the kitchen.

Typical placements
  • Head & sous chefs
  • Chef de partie
  • Commis chefs & prep
  • Kitchen porters
  • Front of house & waiting
  • Pop-up & event chefs
04

Hospitality Teams

Reception, housekeeping, and front-of-house teams for hotels and venues.

Hospitality placements are personal. The right person for a boutique hotel is rarely the right person for a large conference venue, and vice versa. We take the time to match the personality of a placement to the character of the property — not just the job description.

We supply short-term cover, seasonal support, and permanent placements to hotels, members' clubs, restaurants, and event venues across the UK. Every placement is briefed on dress, standards, and reporting line before arriving.

Typical placements
  • Reception & concierge
  • Housekeeping & public areas
  • Food & beverage service
  • Guest relations & VIP hosts
  • Night porters & security
  • Seasonal team support
05

Emergency Cover

Same-day and next-day fills for last-minute crew gaps — without compromising on quality.

Last-minute bookings are part of the job, not an exception. When a crew member calls in sick, a shoot is brought forward, or an event grows beyond its original brief, we're set up to respond quickly without sacrificing the standards we hold every placement to.

We hold active crew on our books across the UK so we can fill urgent requirements — usually within a few hours. Every urgent booking still receives a proper brief, and every crew member placed under these conditions is somebody we know and trust.

What we cover
  • Same-day crew fills
  • Next-day cover
  • Weekend & out-of-hours support
  • Multi-role urgent requests
  • Nationwide coverage
  • Brief & confirmation in writing
06

Permanent Placement

Long-term hires for production companies, venues, and hospitality groups — matched carefully.

Not every role is a shift. When a client needs a permanent hire — a head of production, a general manager, a permanent head chef — we take the same approach: understand the role, understand the culture, and introduce only people we genuinely believe will fit.

Permanent placements take longer than short-term bookings, and they should. We'll spend more time understanding the role, meet candidates in person where possible, and only put forward a shortlist when we're confident each person on it could do the job well.

Typical placements
  • Production & operational leads
  • Hospitality managers
  • Head chefs & kitchen leads
  • Front of house managers
  • Event operations roles
  • Specialist technical roles

Not sure which fits your booking?

Most conversations start with a short call. Tell us the role, the dates, and the kind of person you need — we'll tell you honestly what's possible.
